1) The cost of shipping for return the cost of shipping for the replaced product is to be borne by the customer.
2) In the likely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will replace the item for
you. Please contact us within 48-hours of the item received.
3) We will get the product exchange for the same product in case of any manufacturing defect.
4) We are not liable for anything Apart from manufacturing defect.
5) Customs charges/duties, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
6) Please mention your order Id while sending your return. Order Id is the only way we will be able to identify your order
and accept returns.
7) Item should be dispatched via reliable companies so that you should receive the item within 4-5 days. After that Coaxmed
is not liable for anything.
8) Products that have been modified/ altered or whose original dimensions have been re-casted as per the request of the
customer, the product shall not be returned.
9) Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as
possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.
